A 24x30” oil on recycled maple panel, floated in a warm silver frame. Conch’s Point is a place I go to see some water and enjoy the sounds of the seagulls. It’s tucked back on the Calico Creek, close enough to the studio to have a quick sketch and get back on a lunch break. I’ve been intrigued lately with the rocks, shells and refuse revealed during the lower tides. This painting features a view looking west along the shore.
